Waterfront Venue is situated within a former lumber mill recently converted from a boat house to an event space. Panoramic views of the Sound, the nearby Narrows Bridge, and the Olympic Mountains make a stunning backdrop for any occasion.

The indoor space features a vaulted ceiling and shiplap walls. At maximum capacity we can accommodate up to 500 guests, with seating for 250 included in the rental.

Our event season runs June 1 through September 30. The venue is closed for winter moorage from October 1 through May 31. Tours are available by appointment.

With capacity for up to 500 guests, over 20,000 square feet of hosting space, and tables and chairs for two hundred and fifty guest included, every event is set up for success.

Exceptional catering.

We've partnered with some of the South Sound's best. All caterers provide full-service staff that manages busing and clean-up through the event's conclusion.

A $1,500 buy-out applies to bring in a full service caterer not on the partner list. Outside catering is permitted when partnered caterers are booked, subject to venue approval.

THE FINE PRINT

Event details.

Each rental includes tables and chairs to accommodate 250 guests: forty 60-inch round tables, twenty 6-foot tables, six bistro tables, and 250 white padded chairs. Table linens, serviceware, decor, and additional tables/chairs can be sourced through your catering company.
Two shiplap mobile bars are included. Clients may provide their own wine, beer, and spirits. All bar service must be conducted by a licensed and insured bartender hired through your caterer. Bartenders hired outside your catering company must sign a one-day contract with the venue and manage bar clean-up and barware busing. Kegs are not allowed in the venue.
Each rental is built for a 10-hour period. Earliest access is 9am. Sound off at 10pm. Venue closes at 11pm. Most couples choose 1pm–11pm. Setup and teardown must be factored into the rental. Additional hours available at an hourly rate. Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals have the option to add the all day buyout to their rental, gaining access to the venue at nine in the morning.
